This check is just there to prevent this version of OS X to be installed on Macs that are too old and lack driver support on it. "hardware not supported" is usually due to you either not injecting a correct board-id value via Clover's ist or Chameleon's ist or you are injecting a Mac model that is too old to be supported in 10.8. There is a way to get it to use the GMAX3100 framebuffer so you can change your resolution but you won't get full graphics acceleration. Your laptop has GMAX4500MHD which isn't supported since Apple never used it in their computers.
